Goof purchasing management, making purchase process optimized in the supplychain environment, improvement of procurement work efficiency, have become one of themost important strategies of each big company to participate in competition in the industry.In this background, we take A company as a case to study and analyze the status of thepurchasing management and process. Combined with the principle of supply chainmanagement, look for an effective way for A company to reduce procurement costs,optimize new product development, strengthen the supplier management from theperspective of purchasing process optimization.
