TZF Company Management Purchasing Process Optimization Research

As the municipal infrastructure and an important part of the water industry,with the continuous development of society,higher and higher requirements for the quality and efficiency of tap water production.In the important municipal engineering,purchasing management is undoubtedly a valuable hot spot,more and more scholars are more aware of the importance of purchasing management to the survival and development of enterprises,efficient purchasing process and scientific management is to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise,an important way to reduce production costs.With the change of enterprise management mode and the production characteristics of water industry,NPM in the whole procurement business has increased substantially,how to make non production procurement adapt to the development of enterprises and market environment is particularly important.Effective optimization of purchasing process,it is the main means for enterprises to control costs.So,it is necessary to effectively control the purchase related links,To achieve better economic benefits,it plays an important role in maintaining and enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises.In this context,This paper takes TZF company as the main research object,based on the introduction of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,explain the theories and methods used in this study,the concept and significance of relevant theories are explained,in addition,it systematically analyzes the non productive purchasing activities of TZF company,summarize the problems existing in the current purchasing process of the company,ss well as the changing demand for purchasing management in today's social environment.Learn from the management methods of other mature enterprises and extend the existing problems to other similar state-owned enterprises,from the overall business process of purchasing activities,we will optimize organizational support,put forward suggestions to solve the problem,and evaluate the new method.Meanwhile,relevant theories and optimization methods can also provide reference for other similar state-owned enterprises.
