In recent years, domestic and international market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the enterprise in the competition to remain invincible attracts more and more attention and deeper discussion. Application of excellent management ideas and effective evaluation method is an important means for enterprises to deal with competition, emergence of excellence performance management model provides a powerful tool to enhance the performance management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for enterprise.Based on the system theory, the evaluation of performance excellence management requirements and evaluation system, starting from the performance management theory, main methods and the three international quality award evaluation factor analysis and the balanced scorecard,360 degree evaluation, benchmarking management, analytic hierarchy process, performance evaluation, performance excellence management on the core values, basic the idea and structure, evaluation index system and evaluation guidelines, process and outcome evaluation method; at the same time, evaluation of performance excellence management of the first party and the third party quality award evaluation analysis. Based on the case study on LJ company, through the evaluation methods of excellent performance management on organizational governance, leadership strategy, customer market and performance measurement, self evaluation research results, and review the evaluation of enterprises to participate in the third party review process and quality award results are analyzed, and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement of performance excellence management the evaluation strategy.The purpose of this study is to use the excellent performance evaluation criteria of advanced values and perfect evaluation index system, combining the evaluation strategy and method of scientific system, in order to be able to measure the management level of enterprises comprehensive, objective, impartial, using criteria for self evaluation and review of third party quality award to guide enterprises, through continuous improvement to enhance competitiveness, to serve the economic development.
