As the IT information system of continual developments, its influence to the business systems is increasing, and the scope of IT systems management is also growing. The increasing specialization and complexity of the IT system require that there must be a rigorous technical training of professionals to maintain, a clear distribution of responsibilities and standards of personnel service processes, must improve IT service procedure continuously to achieve high efficiency, automation and scientific of IT service processes , reduce service costs, shorten service cycle, raise service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.On the basis of describing the requirements analysis, design ideas, programs and issues of IT system, this article analyze the IT service management platform of Zhejiang Commercial Bank Tyrone, including issues management, process management, statistical analysis, survey management, knowledge management, several modules in detail. Based on the analysis, the author want to propose the system functional requirements, data flow analysis, and then propose the system design, including system architecture design, functional design and database table structure design. Finally, the author will further introduce the system implementation.After years of effort, through the establishment of an information submitted to the Intranet and the release platform, the IT service management platform of Zhejiang Commercial Bank Tyrone has been established. It is changing the failure to process information submitted and feedback methods, increasing the level of fault handling and using. All this shows that the work of information technology services of Zhejiang Commercial Bank Tyrone is in a new height.
