College Students Employment Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, with the expansion of the enrollment in vocational colleges, rapid growth in the number of graduates, career guidance information also will be required to deal with the rapid expansion. Therefore, the traditional manual way of processing information can not meet the increasing demand for graduates in information processing, while the present, the employment management system mainly uses the C / S structure, update the slow, general poor, unable to further expand business opportunities. As information technology, network technology, the rapid development of the campus network construction, so that parts of the employment sector, vocational institutions and the linkages between enterprises become increasingly closer. The use of computer technology and network knowledge management system established by the Graduate Employment of the graduates of higher vocational colleges to conduct management and analysis will become a trend.In this paper, we build a job management platform with the employment office of job functions, in order to solve many problems arising in information management, and build a proposed Vocational College Graduate Employment Management System that is complete ASP.NET-based. System uses ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000 to build an employment management information platform, details of the system features, database design and implementation process related functions and finally through the relevant professional tests, indicating that the use of the system can effectively reduce the vocational institutions, employment centers burden for the staff to avoid the artificial management of some errors and omissions, and to effectively solve the employment and vocational college graduates and recruitment issues related businesses.
