Introduces the project' s background, Request analysis, Furthermore the Function Model. This OA system has series of functions such as integrated customer management, workflow management structure, customization of the Data management application, and customization of the Information management sub-model system, Integrated Access Management.It was impassibly that discussed the development about Auto-Coded model, Hardware Security' s application, Serial Code and Resisted Code Editor, Index Service model, Mail Service in Local NetWare model in this paper.
