This article mainly research and analysis the Office skills assessment and research a new system to solve the problems exist in the existing system.At present,at the Office skills assessment heavy workload,waseted a lot of manpower and resources,low efficiency and inequity are the main problems.The systems have the low accuracy,poor maintenance and scalability at the aspect of scoring; the exam process has problems of paper’s collection and dissemination is inconvenient and not flexible; and in the system’s development and maintenance have the heavy workload problem. So,in the new system descirbed in the articleparse Office test sites,maximize research each test site’s marking mode,usingC#language in the Visual Studio platform to develop improve scoring accuracy;the system uses B/S(browser/server) model to solve the heavy workload in the system’s development and maintenance; using the FTP service at the teacherend make the collection and dissemination of the papers more flexibly and conveniently.On the issue of to prevent candidates cheating and limited exam time we install the plug-in at the client.This article by comparing the system,theoriginal system and manual soring in the scoring accuracy and scoring consuming time aspects of data, to verify that the system is more general usability and has a distinct advantage in the scoring accuracy.The system need to be deeply research and improve at the Office version.This research has a theory andproject value.
