The global economic integration, the financial internationalization, and the appear of new Basel agreement, set an even higher demand on develop and manage for the bank business; Bring the new opportunity and challenge for our national bank, Today that has the decisive significance competitiveness to the bank innovation in science and technology, the competition of the bank will further promote for the competition that science and technology apply to control. Because in the process of information technology development for the bank, it already accumulated a great deal of customer's information, the account information and the transaction information ,this also urgently needs the bank management to provide the better analysis technique carries on an even profounder level, Mining the value of the customer , raising the business benefit. How to provide scientific basis for the bank management and decisions, how to provide the difference service for the bank are depend on the method to raises of bank management analysis.The paper first discusses the bank area of data mining technology. Selected for the bank sector credit data for the analysis of decision tree analysis methods, and then combined with the specific situation of the bank sector to explore the establishment of decision tree analysis of credit risk monitoring system is feasible. Combination of the actual supervision of bank risks, structural analysis of the non-performing loans and its seven key decision-tree branches, used to achieve the specific design of bank credit risk monitoring system. The operational process of spot cheeks as the main line, using modular design means, this system direct date from financial institutions business and analyzes relevant date to build a tree. So that regulators can determine the visual analysis of potential risks in the bank to achieve prompt and effective analysis of early warning purposes. This system resolved emphases the time efficiency problem, the space efficiency problem and systems safe problem.
