Along with the rapid development of computer network technology and the digital technology, network education has entered the new digital, intelligent, individuation development, new communications technologies and network teaching methods, to provide more education resources and the network construction for teaching network has brought unprecedented development. In recent years, with the rising demand, the people no longer meet download text, but needs to be practical and real-time interactive media resources, streaming media, and thus obtained fast development. Streaming media in the process of transmission bandwidth limit by, cannot maintain a large number of clients achieve connection. For this problem, this dissertation uses the P2P mode, improving parallel rate, on the basis of experiments, the network layer of P2P network topology structure, discuss the related algorithm of the establish, maintain and optimize the network nodes, and set up P2P streaming media teaching system.This dissertation based on the P2P networks learning system, the system structure of video streaming media teaching resources platform is reasonable, the rational use of streaming media, let learners have the free choice in the course of study choice, time, place, etc. It can really make teachers and students realize real-time online communication, easier to digital management。The sis briefly expounds the present situation about the development of P2P, including the definition, classification and its idiographic application, searching algorithm and the practice protocol, introduces the concept about streaming media technology, the working principle and the characteristics and advantages of streaming media. In the third chapter, analyze the teaching system's each function module and demand. Then, expounds the designing though of the system and the system architecture. In this system, in order to support the streaming media applications, our each node in the P2P systems base on the three layers of software architecture: abstraction layer, media control layer, media layer. In the fourth chapter, puts forward the design and implementation of each module, the key technologies and provides corresponding code. Finally, through system software testing, we can provide high quality video, audio, and fluent streaming media services; we can support live and order programme , storage and share the resources; And realize real-time video and audio playback, also has the function of PowerPoint demo and instant messaging function.The key problems of the system is establishing of the tree algorithm ,P2P streaming media search algorithm, the transmission and distribute storage media information, this sis puts forward the key problem of system solutions, and prospect of meaning.
