In recent years, applications in automata controller project of Xichang College have become more and more mature along with the development of college. In this construction of newly-built library, low energy consumption and high integration of chips are used to control automatic control system information laboratory, which is to place hosts and auxiliary equipments of large-scale systems (such as office automation system, educational administration teaching manager system, student management system). For it is also a base for linking internet access port with the outside, the later using condition of the laboratory is comparatively severe.Through carefully considering and comparing, lighting, temperate and humidity would be collected, calculated and output control signals. Among them, the lighting includes natural and artificial, as well, the application of the system also includes the integration of the library display system. It is worth to mention that this new library is large and its devision is clear. For requirements of the districts display content and time,atter receiving design requirements and conditions,through a detailed comparison and choosing, SCM is choosed as the central processing controller. However, in accordance with requirements of college, 8-bit microcontroller system would certainly not be competent. After all, the power, scalability, integration of 8-bit microcontroller can not carry the mission of this designation. Therefore, we have to upgrade the chips and system. Taking into account the requirements, we finally desided to choose MSP430F249TPM chips producted by the U.S. Texas Instruments Inc. (TI) Inc. Out of consideration for the future stability of the system, in the beginning of integrated designation, based on past practice, we designed a sports car testing system by using of this chip, which is mainly to debug and test the controlling function of the chips. The pre-test design showed that it can strongly support and assist the automatic control system that it is proved to be inevitable. According to laboratory conditions for future needs, the choice of MSP430F249TPM chip in this car testing system must have a perfect performance:1,Self-exercise test, which is actually the "point to point" movement. By constituting an array of discrete number and call its coordinate as moving to make object move.In the process, if the movement of window shade would be controlled by chips to control light intensity of lab or not will be tested.2,Human-Computer Interaction function test. Human-Computer Interaction module mainly consists of LED and LCD display module. In the process of integration in the laboratory, many control modes are used. Therefore, high quality I/O port of chips will be required, which is considered and used as much as possible in design.External data acquisition and processing tests. For a number of external factors, especially light and humidity, are related to the laboratory environment, many data sensors would be used to collect and operate datas. Therefore, car test system design process, a module must be designed to gather information and test the ability of processing data in design. The module designed this time is a tracking module, which consists of six sensors to collect data of black lines , and control the car to move along the black lines through processing chips. It will be a key testing module to external data collection as well as data processing capability in the future.
