Along with the fast development and application of the computer and network technology, Office automation system has been changed gradually from initially single applications to modern internet work system. Traditional work was finished by craft way, whose work flow is complex and low efficiency, and it is not easy to manage papery files, which are easily damaged and lost, and it is difficulty to find files, so traditional work way has been not adapt modern work demand. In order to improve work efficiency and decrease daily complexity and work cost, the project of school office system is decided.Based on the construction and application of college office system, the office work way and process of our school has been analyzed and induced, then we concluded the deficiency of traditional office way and the demand of our teachers. We has lucubrated the work principle by which teachers used computer and network to cooperate office and key technology, finally the scheme based on current campus network to implement network office has been decided, which can achieve automation office and improve office efficiency and decrease the delay and fault chance of document transmission and enhance information. The mode of B/S and flat design idea of PHP+MYSQL+Apach have been adopted as soft frame of this system, which is advance and stable in technology.The object of the project is to achieve office files uploaded and transited and modified and so on by this network office system which change traditional office model. In this system all information is saved classified, which make search information convenient and enhance the work efficiency. Through network teachers can use the system to get school information and communicate with students. Based on demand analysis and system design and achievement and test, ChangJi Radio and Television College office information system has been finished.This system has been used for several years, and the system is stable and convenient and powerful and personal and transplantable and so on.
