Because electronic products are developing according to power rise, equipment exquisite, environment diversification three trends of development, that causes the electronic products heat consumption increase in the limited spatial internal, the products internal heat flow density enlarge, temperature rise, thus raise the electronic component thermal failure probability and reduce the product thermal reliability, seriously influence product normal work. To ensure the thermal reliability of the components and electronic products, thermal design is very important. Due to the traditional hot design method belongs to one atonement method, it rely on the engineers experience and need a large number of calculations. But thermal design of the use of simulation technology may let engineers judge designs whether to satisfy the product the hot reliability before the prototypical manufacture, and shorten product development cycles, reduce development costs, improve product time pass rate. Therefore, the electronic industry is urgently needed thermal design method of simulation technology.At present, thermal simulation technology application tools software have several. But this topic use's tool software is FLOTHRM.
