Technology is an assurance of the quality and the quality is an expression of the technique. Modern electronic equipments are no longer just mechanical functional superposition of their structural optimization and the compatibility of various functional modules, their designs about electromagnetic shielding and thermal systems are important problems in developing electronic equipments, become the focus of future research.Traditional methods of the product quality test and evaluation for the quality control system can not be met the product quality needs of IT industry in the fierce product competition. Manufacturers no longer satisfy with the product quality controlled by the late quantity examination, and they hope that the quantity examination will be carried out in all developing process of the products. Their purposes are as follows:1. Guarantee the qualities and performances of the products, and provide the technical support to improving product functions.2. Shorten the developing cycle greatly. The marketing time of the product cannot be met the needs of changeable markets. The shorter the marketing time of the product is, the greater the profits of the enterprise will be.3. Save the developing cost of the product. The developing cost is also a very important problem, which is considered by the enterprise.Along with the development of the electronics equipments, their external appearance physics sizes are become smaller and smaller. But the electronic component number of the inner part has been increased gradually; their packing densities and hot densities will be higher correspondingly. The high temperature will tremendously influence their reliabilities, operational performances, and service lives of electronic components. It will be very dangerous for products installations and their mechanical stress state. Therefore, radiating calories from the equipments in time lowering its temperature are particularly important.Therefore, it is very important to educe heat energy promptly from of the equipment. It can reduce the inner temperature of the equipment effectively.
