In order to establish safe and convenient laboratory home page, the thesis implement the Active Server Pages technology, to achieve dynamic web resources authorization and access control, and improve the security of Web pages, while enhancing the features of the home page.With the constant deepening of China's Higher Education and the constant improvement of the information society, college is no longer isolated in teaching and research, with the state higher education and increasing investment in laboratory equipment, university laboratories, particular country or the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory has become the focus of the construction of institutions of higher learning, one of the laboratory is the cradle of science, a base of scientific research, technological development plays an important role.Web site design method will be different with different types of webs. This paper firstly comprehensives introduction to ASP technology, features and application, and then studies a ASP + HTML in system design, and how to establish connections between ASP and Web database by ActiveX Data Objects (ActiveX Data Object , ADO). Secondly, the paper discusses the details of the overall framework of the site. The whole system structure is divided into two modules at first: the module of the message and the release notebook. Then, each module is analyzed from the aspects of application structure, database structure and web structure. Since the web design needs necessary knowledge as the basis of aesthetics, this paper describes only the basic layout of interface design and module settings. After that, it is the main part of the thesis, the ASP-based system design and user login access control system design. from the database structure, users log structure, database connection methods, and thus to achieve a web site registration page, login page, users information on the establishment of modified pages, and finally through the page access control, user access will be controlled, and the multi-domain, multi-user and multi-access control system permissions are designed as well. After the design is completed, the comprehensive test from the users is investigated, and the possible changes to the program are proposed. Finally, in concluding remarks based on the content proposed to be further improved in three aspects. First of all, the users own information management and control system is not completed, the following work will be further about the user information security, and personal identity judgments when users remark their own information. then the article search function is not yet achieved. Searching function is very complicated and important function. The pre-classification is required of efficient information searching, and how to effectively search will be the next focus of the work. The final one of the research on laboratory site design is that the interactive features can be further enhanced to increase the internal forums and e-mail system and other functions, and in user access control system of this topic is also not completely, as well. All of which could be improved in the future work.
