Modeling And Simulation Platform Based On Component Technology, Design And Applications

Simulation system modeling was a basic link in the chain of Simulation Application . The quality of the model impacts directly on the performance of the simulation application system. Since the information tech developed, simulation system has been gradually applied in measurement and control, industrial manufacturing. field. As well ,the complexity and scale of simulation systems also achieved a higher level. Therefore, how to construct a simulation model which was assemble, customizable, reusable and feasible to apply in existing resources(such as HLA/RTI), becomes a very hot research issue in the simulation field.In this thesis, the notion"Simulation Modeling Platform Based on Component Tech"deals exclusively with the problem how to enhance the reusability of a simulation system. Using the component modeling system, in this thesis, we constructs the foundation code frame of model component (using C language).It was possible for a user to configure the requirement of the simulation modeling system ,and then add specific code. After compelled, the component model could be formed. Meanwhile, it's feasible for a user to assemble the different modeling component and form a destination model. Then by using emulator we could achieve the simulation functions. And by using HLA adapter, in this system, the model of simulation diver could communicate with the HLA federal members, which combined simulation model with distributed interactive simulation applications.The simulation platform builds the meta-simulation-model based on the component-units, and creates the object simulated model through model assembly. In this way, the model was loosely coupled, and facilitated the simulation-system designing. And we can reassemble the component according to the requirement; it could decrease the costs of the redesigning when the requirement was changing. We just need to modify and recompile the component-model, when the requirement was changing fine-grained. So it does not need to be redeveloped, which can improve the component reuse rate. The simulation model communicates with federate through the HLA adapter. In large-scale distributed simulation system which conforms to the HLA standards, we can easily build simulation on this platform by using the HLA adapter communication interface. It makes the platform more universal.
