Xichang College Student Information Management System

Information technology for Campus Management is the trend of current university management's development in the 21st century. the informationization of college management is walking into our campus an unprecedented rate , which greatly changes the traditional way of informational management and promotes the management of school education into a time of networking , personalization and internationalization.On the basis of analyzing students'informational management needs, College students'management system usesdatabase technology and computer technology, to make the entire process (from fresh student to the graduated) realize webified management .which ensures the high efficience and norms of college students'informational management.In this article, detailed student management in Xichang college were analyzed, according to Xichang college's current working mode and the user's operational habits .And i write a well demand-analyzing document for the needs of the project. In the requirement analyzing phase, each module was analyzed carefully, the research designs the following four modules: student's informational management, curriculum information management, year-end assessment management and system management. In the student- information -management module, the management of student register, student achievement management and information management for graduates are also included.In the technical selection stage, the database technology application and theoretical basis are studied carefully, and give the database-related paradigm, SQL (Structured Query Language, Structured Query Language) a detailed introduction. In addition, the reasarch also makes an analysis of the ASP language, including ASP, working principle and key technologies.In the detailed design stage, the concrete application of IIS has been described , it's also for ASP and database connectivity analysis of the key ways description. And in accordance with requirement analysis, the research designs a system to achieve the objective and describes the system's designing concept. The design of a reasonable database structure, data dictionary document was prepared. Finally, the research describes the system implementation process of each module and analyze the development process of the difficulties with the solution.Finally, according to requirements documentation and designing objectives, the research designs some test cases, compile the test document, and makes a detailfully test accord to the testing document...
