This paper first analyzes the level of strengthening the importance of equipment management, pointing out that the current equipment management information system weaknesses: poor software systems integration, between the various subsystems independent of each other, lack of communication and integration, can not fully reflect the device information is difficult to reasonably the preparation of various types of equipment properties; right equipment, a lack of management of the various process nodes in the entire process, all-round control, equipment operation and maintenance quality of knowledge and information can not be integrated, equipment, management information system lacked integration, integrated design system; management infrastructure information collection is not timely, not accurate; data quality is not high, is not complete; network bandwidth bottleneck of access transport network efficiency; system security vulnerabilities such as series of issues. The traditional equipment management methods and means of the drawbacks have been well known for everyone. To solve this problem, we must strengthen the construction equipment management information system and research.In this paper, the practical work of enterprise device management, device management through the analysis process, to extract the equipment required for the management of critical control points and control of records, and then sum up all the features needed to meet the device management of "equipment category," "property", "equipment management", "User Management", "Integrated Query", "document management" "system Print" seven functional modules to meet all types of business equipment, the whole process, all-round management requirements. On this basis, designed and developed the "equipment management information system software", the software uses B / S model, based on. NET Framework development, database using SQL Server2000, the software system has passed the acceptance and to promote the use of some enterprises.Application demonstrates that the business-building and implementation of modern equipment management information system, equipment management can improve efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, reduced business inventories and capital to help enterprises to improve overall competitiveness and achieve good economic returns and social benefits.
