Design And Implementation Of Information System For Equipment Of Tax Department

With the development of society and technology,the information construction of the national tax administration has been an innovative attempt to expand the concept of national tax administration.The information management of the equipment of tax equipment has become an innovative attempt for standardization in the process of information construction of the national tax department.In this paper,the basic business of equipment of tax equipment management and the realization technology are introduced,and an information system for equipment of tax equipment management is designed and implemented.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,a detailed analysis of the equipment of tax equipment management process from five aspects of the equipment of tax equipment management life cycle: equipment purchasing,acceptance and registration,distribution,maintenance and scrapping,the functional requirements and performance requirements are given based on the analysis of basic business work of equipment of tax equipment management.Secondly,Based on the analysis of equipment of tax equipment management process and the system needs analysis,the equipment of tax equipment management system is divided into 7 subsystems: purchasing management,approval registration,distribution management,maintenance management,scrap management,statistical query and system management,the function modules and the system database were designed,and the integration scheme for the information system for equipment of tax equipment management was presented.Thirdly,the tools of Struts2+Spring+Hibernate based on J2 EE framework are confirmed to use in system implementation,and a J2EE-based SSH three-tier development environment is built.Based on the Browser / Server(B/S),under the eclipse integrated development environment by java language,Tomcat application server and Oracle database,the information system for equipment of tax equipment management is developed.Finally,according to the test requiremnts of the equipment of tax equipment management system,the testing environment was deployed,and the test cases were designed.The overall function module of information system for equipment of tax equipment management is tested using JUnit method,including the integrated test and functional test.Load Runner testing tool simulated 200-2000 users concurrently perform key business of the equipment of tax equipment management system.Functional test and performance test results are verified the feasibility of the application of the implementation of the system.At last,the work of the research and development is summarized,and what should to be improved in the futhure is suggested.
