The distributed simulation is the hot spot of computer simulation nowadays. Based on the High Level Architecture (HLA) it can separate the achievement of the simulation function, operation management and communications at low-level, and it could provide a high interoperability and reusability for the simulation system. Using this technology on the processing of synthetic aperture radar systems, it has a very important significance for validating the SAR model, researching the method of SAR signal processing, estimating the performance of radar system and constructing rapidly the reusable sar distributed simulation system.This dissertation analyzes the method of SAR moving target detection based on HLA, accomplishes it in the distributed simulation system and describes detailedly the implemental details. Which mainly discussed is as follows:1. This dissertation researches the framework of HLA, details the components of HLA, rules, object model template and interface specification of HLA. The federation management, time management, declaration management and so on are described.2. This dissertation analyzes the basic principles of airborne SAR imaging model and discusses the imaging algorithms of static targets. The moving target imaging model is established and the impact of target motion on the imaging results is analyzed.3. This dissertation researches the method of displaced phase center antenna on detecting the moving target and estimating its parameters. The two and three antennas model of DPCA are given. The CFAR theory is analyzed and the method of estimating the Doppler centroid frequency and Doppler frequency rate are described. Then we apply it in the moving target detection, location and speed estimating.4. In the distributed simulation platform of airborne SAR on HLA, we design and accomplish the federate of the DPCA algorithm of detecting moving target. The details of building the simulation platform and the package of classes are detailedly described. And we analyze the process of data raw.5. At last, we build the simulation platform, add the designed federate of DPCA into the federation system and then test the federate with others. The Running results verify the system design and implementation.
