Spatial Data Mining and Geographic Information System is a very popular one of the technologies. Spatial data mining is to extract relationship which is not clearly demonstrated between knowledge and spatial from the spatial database .Geographic Information System is sometimes referred to as "Earth Science Information System" or "Resources and Environment Information System". It is a very important space for a particular information system. Gis is under the computer hardware and software systems support, and it can be used to collect,store,manage,compute,display and describe the entire or part of the Earth's surface (including the atmosphere) space in the geographical data distribution Urban Geographic Information System referred to as "UGIS" which is a branch of the Geographic Information System. In recent years, with the accelerated process of China's urbanization and the mass database establishment of various industries, the so-called "data-rich, knowledge poor" phenomenon, using data mining methods and technologies to support urban development is faced with a Geo-Information Science new task. However, Urban Geographic Information System and spatial data mining has become a combination of natural things.This paper is based on GIS spatial data mining and the original city of GIS . It integrates spatial data mining algorithms coupled with intelligent predictive capabilities to achieve intelligent management system research.This paper includes:One : First introduced the definition of spatial data mining and characteristics and described its research direction , research process and methods. Subsequently introduced and analyzied the concept and theory of spatial clustering methods.Two: Introduced the definition of geographic information systems and composition, and focused on the characteristics of its data analysis, researched direction of its applications and their functions. Then introduced the GIS spatial database concepts, and spatial data structure and characteristics, and spatial database of the organization analyze the patterns and relationships.Three: It mainly to build a space-based data mining of GIS systems in the city, analyze of system architecture, and give the part of the system experimental results.
