The party members'information management is a very important and tedious work. With the growing of party members,the difficulty of management of party members' information is increasing.The traditional party members'information management is increasingly hysteretic and dispersive,which is not suitable to the management of today's quantity and composition of party members.As amount and complexity of information increasing, it will bring avalanche effect to the workload of management. A large amount of human and material resources are consumed, while the efficiency of the management is relatively low. A Software system that is for information management for the party members'in the Jinping County is urgently needed to design to solve the above problems.In the paper, the background, meaning and current states of the party members' information management are introduced at first, and the feasibility of the system construction is discussed and the design goals of the system are put forward; then the detail requirement analysis is rurther carried out, whicn including the requirement of user roles, the requirement of system functions,and so on. The use cases of the system are given and explained; thirdly, the object-oriented design method is used for system design and model design, and the model design includes development of party members, general election, transference, disciplinary punishment, statistical decision and reporting pass;and the database is designed, giving the class diagram of the database design; finally, the program flow of the system implementation and function interfaces are given, and the party members'information management is summarized and prospected.
