Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Party Members In Zunyi City Tourism Bureau

With the Zunyi City Tourism School merged into the Zunyi Municipal Tourism Administration, the number of Party members is greatly increased. Before the merger of the past, the number of Party members is mot large. So the stuff of Zunyi Municipal Tourism Administration could use traditional manual management mode to cope with the management of Party member’s information, such as data records, inquiries and summary. However, after the integration of the Zunyi tourism school to Zunyi Municipal Tourism Administration, the traditional manual management mode has been unable to meet the new period of Party member management work requirements, exposed many drawbacks, such as low efficiency and summary and the search information is not easy, so research and analysis of a set of Party member management system to meet the actual party members management needs of the Zunyi Municipal Tourism Administration will greatly improve office efficiency.This thesis adopts the method of Object Oriented Research and Analysis. At first, this thesis introduces research background, significance and current research and application of Party member management information system and makes clear the content and the main content.In the section of business analysis, first elaborates the existing problems in the present Party member management business, analyzes the existing business process, and gives the optimized business process in view of the shortcomings of the original business process. In the section of functional analysis, this thesis makes clear the function of the system through the analysis of cases and the use case description, including some sub use cases such as:Organization transition relation management, membership management, party membership dues management, incentive management, organization management, basic information maintenance, system management and learning management. According to the use case diagram gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the sub function package diagram, including Organization transition relation management, membership management, party membership dues management, incentive management, organization management, basic information maintenance, system management and learning management package diagram. In the section of data analysis, this thesis analysis the data that system functions need to deal with and gives the entity relationship diagram and establishes database table structure.In the end, this thesis summarizes the previous research and analysis and gives the next step of the work carries out in the future.
