| In recent years, the increasingly development of information technology and network technology have been bring people's daily life into the era of network and information, the citizens also put a higher request for the standard of social service to the government. So, in the tax work, making full use of information technology and network technology, perfecting and improving the work mode and means for taxpayers, providing superior service for them, are of great significance to the pushing of the tax work. Here we take the design and realization of the online system of the local taxation bureau of Xishuangbanna autonomous prefecture as an example, the development of online tax system can provide a good reference.The paper studies the present situation in the same field at home and abroad, illustrates the significance and goal of building this project; it completely shows the software engineering idea and the software process for the whole project by using large of words and graphs. Analyzing and comparing the different development modes and realized technology, this paper works out the suitable route for the actual project technical: based on J2EE platform construct B/S structure of online tax management information system. It also discusses the business process, functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the local taxation bureau of Xishuangbanna autonomous prefecture, designs the prototypes for customers, then to determine the final requirements. It expounds the general design of the system, it also explains the details from the right for different roles, database access and character design. What's more, it ensamples the login and filling in the tax return, these two specific procedures could give the illustration of the process. At last, it presents the process of test procedures, illustrates the difficulties encountered in project construction, demonstrates the effect of realized project and characteristics as well, and prospects the subsequent development. |
