The representation layer uses the struts framework, the business logic layer uses the spring framework, the data persistence layer uses the hibernate framework,and also Visual Sasic language, SQL database. In the constantly summing up the original U8 accounting system and the current domestic and foreign accountingsystem,combined with the financial situation of the Local Taxation Bureau of multiple sources of income, the accounting system of the local taxation bureau analysis, function demand analysis are demanded. On the basis of the analysis of accounting system overall design and implementation, four major functional modules are achieved, including system management module, financial accounting module,general query module, financial statements module.The management system includes basic data entry, user-defined settings, balance at the beginning of the period setting of three sub modules. Financial accounting module includes certificate management, the final processing, custom transfer three sub modules. Integrated query module covers six sub query functions: account balances, course summary table, auxiliary balance sheet, auxiliary itemized account,cash journal and bank Journal.
