Nowadays, to apply Authentication has become a necessity of improving the network development when network has penetrated into almost every field in the modern society, because of the rise of Web Anonymous Users resulting in the rise of cyber crime, the normal use of the network has seriously been influenced. So the author suggests in this paper that we should apply the network real-name system to manage and purify the world of network and make the network be a better helper to service our society.In this paper, the author introduces the method of building a network real-name system: based on the research and application of fingerprint identification, first, retrieve the user's fingerprint characteristic value and encrypt this fingerprint characteristic value by using the Chaos Theory; second, combine the encrypted password and the user's ID card number to get another mixed code on the Hardamard-Trasform theory, and then load the final mixed code's watermark into the user's registration data by using the LSB Method.Authentication uses the characteristics of human: when a user registers on the Internet, the service provider use the public key to retrieve the user's ID card number to judge whether the user's information is true or false and then gives the user some network right.When the user logs in ,the provider can authenticate the validity of this user according to his fingerprint . Authentication makes it possible to deal with some problems of the network environment if it can work well with the network protocol.
