The recognition technology of fingerprint is the ripest biological recognition technology at present, and many automatic fingerprint recognition systems are put into practical application at home and abroad. The recognition technology of fingerprint is through matching than two fingerprint images , via proving thus the security system is safe, this has brought some questions: how to guarantee that the fingerprint image is not revised by the hacker , the primitive integrality of fingerprint that that is to say, the safe problem of fingerprint image in the image database of fingerprint. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, this paper proposes utilizing digital watermark technology to protect the security of the fingerprint image as the double tool that proves.Thesis study digital watermark technology in image application on being safe. Have proposed utilizing the digital security scheme of solving fingerprint image of watermark technology. We adopt many kinds of different digital watermark algorithms, imbed the digital watermark the fingerprint image , study the change that the fingerprint image characteristic is lighted, and study the impact on fingerprint recognition rate. Through an analysis of above-mentioned experimental results , have proposed the improvement algorithm of the multiple high-frequency of wavelet transform. The result indicates , the scheme that the multiple watermark imbeds isapplied to the fingerprint image , it can imbed the key characteristic points of fingerprint image and to the influence not too great of fingerprint recognition, and make the algorithm has better transparency and robust , even improve the performance of these two respects at the same time . The thesis is divided into eight chapters:Chapter one: Have introduced the background , research meaning , research current situation of biological recognition technology. And the research work content that a thesis carry on.Chapter two: Introduce the principle of the recognition system of fingerprint image and key technology.Chapter three: We do the detailed introduction to digital watermark technology in this chapter.Chapter four: Proposing the safe scheme of fingerprint image based on digital watermark algorithm, it builds up and states every module function to provide the security system of the database of fingerprint image.Chapter five: Analyse the application characteristic of the watermark algorithm of fingerprint, adopt three kinds of watermark algorithms to carry on the contrast. Then research imbeds some changes of fingerprint characteristic after the watermark and causes the impact on fingerprint recognition rate from this. Proposed on the basis of the thing that discuss to the experiment data analysis finally that wavelet transform the improved scheme of the watermark algorithm.Chapter six: Have proposed the improvement algorithm of the wavelet transform of the low frequency, based on improved watermark algorithm of low frequency , propose imbedding the improvement algorithm research approach of the multiple watermark in the high-frequency. This chapter has carried on a large number of experiments in improved wavelet transform algorithm.
