With the development of modem electron integrating technology, the RF Card and fingerprint recognition technologies have become mature and have been used in the field of intelligent management.First, the concepts and relationship of "digital campus" and "Card System" are introduced in this paper. The application of RF Card and Fingerprint Recognition technologies in Digital Campus System are analyzed. As follows this paper discussed the working principle of RF Card, the kernel technology of RF Card Reader. A RF Card Reader with high capability is designed by using PSAM Card to manage cryptogram to improve security of the system.The principle and method of fingerprint recognition are studied deeply in this paper. Because in the routine fingerprint identification algorithms the fingerprint images are easily affected by rotation and motion, the way of minutiae extraction is trivial and the matching speed is slow, a new algorithms based on information of lines' direction is presented .The algorithm is proved accurate, quick, and invariable to translation and rotation of images in practice. According to fingerprint images of moderate sizes, the needs of online application can be met. The algorithm is expected to be a convenient and effective fingerprint matching technique.As conclusion, this paper designed a Campus Card System based on campus network with RF card as medium and fingerprint recognition technology as the way of person's identification. A school and a bank put out the cards with multi-function together. A special sub-system is used to convert the fund between ED and EP. Aiming for the peculiarity of serial port, Serial Sever is used to translate the TCP/IP to serial port communicating protocol. So the terminals can be connected to Ethernet. This system shows high capability, information technology, intelligence and stability. Now it has been used in a university . It works stably, the RF Readers and the APISwork credibly and efficiently as while as data are transmitted correctly by network. So it is well-thought-of users. Also it is indicated that the result in this paper is virtual and applied.
