The company used manual checking way faced these problems such as empty management, over statistic, low efficiency, multi-standard, unpower enforcement etc. These problems caused bad affection for company's growing and standard management. With automatic checking on system, these problems are all over and the automatic checking on system not only support accurate database as important management reference for management department but also is a standardized and systematized management tool for employee's working attendance. It also can improve the statistic efficiency of HR department and share the management information with whole one standard. The employees can get their working attendance information immediately and accurately with system's support.The orderly management system is working with code function, which is with integrate and complete system designing and based on the enormous data come from a lot of previous analysis and investigations for enterprise's requests. During the testing process, the automatic checking on system has been modified and completed with additional function such as browsing, repairing, and adding.The orderly system is with MySql client system as back server and used IBM IDE product Eclipse3.0 software as system developing tool with internet application system. The orderly management system is designed according to the B/S structure and three-layer theory(express layer, business logistics layer and stand layer).The orderly management system perform its'functions according to these main modules: with signing in and working functions in system module; with data update and deleting functions in repairing module; with fuzzy condition browsing function in browsing module.
