Attendance management is an important part of the enterprises’ management. A good attendance system can ensure the attendance rate and the efficiency of work. I can also promote the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a good attendance system is an important direction of enterprise development. With the continuous development of computing technology, information technology in various areas of the gradual popularization has brought a lot of convenience. Although the Electric Power Company of Xiamen city has initially completed the personnel management system. But in the time of attendance management, the existing system does not have the automatic generation of attendance results, statistical analysis of attendance information, such as flexibility, agility and diversity, etc. In this paper, the actual needs of the staff attendance management of Electric Power Company of Xiamen city.First of all, the paper introduces the problems existing in the attendance management system of Electric Power Company of Xiamen city. The author did this work with the technology of software engineering and ensured the correctness of the system in the part of software requirement engineering. Through a series of procedures, procedures, modules, and detailed process of the internal management, improve the management system of staff attendance management system. In the database design, the combination of physical and E-R method, to meet the basic information data, attendance data and other basic data entities of the abstract and storage, and finally to the advantages and disadvantages of this paper, the application of the project in the practical application of the future.
