With the continuous development of electronics, computer and digital signal processing technology, in a variety of tests, engineering application or in the military field, a sharp increase amount of data need to record, and the speed is also faster and faster. And it can work well a long time with no computer in the wild .This development made a relatively high demand to the data acquisition and storing system. Also the high-speed data acquisition and storing technology was given increasing attention.According to this status quo, this dissertation design the data acquisition and storing system that can perform well with high-precision , large capacity and a long time in the wild. The AD8352 and AD9627 is used to build the acquisition module which can achieve high-precision acquisition. And also the Altera's FPGA is used to achieve high-speed data stream splitter, data channel selection ,cache control ,the timing of work, and communication with other modules .The method of disk-array to record the data is proposed for implementing Full Access. During the trial R&D stage ,the data acquisition and storage system uses only two channels, two disk arrays simultaneously, and the sustained access rate is up to 120M/S. Latter it can be improved by increasing the number of channels, the number of disk arrays. The primary work in this dissertation:A method was present to record all the data by distributing the high-speed data stream and store them in the disk array, and proved it both by theory and experiment result. The data acquisition and storage system's structure and working principle is introduced in detail, and separately for each module from design concept to the process. The completion of the software portion of the system :data distribution, channel selection ,cache control, the disk array control design; design and debug circuit boards. The completion of the system performance testing and analysis, and the results show that a better system reliability and stability to meet system design requirements.
