With the development of automation technology, the airborne equipment of newfighter plane become more diversified and more complicated, which put forwardhigher requirements to new aviation aerospace system in reliability of itself, efficiencyand stability of airborne digital communication.In this paper, a dual-CPU redundancy communication and control system wasdesigned combined with the technology of dual-CPU analytic redundancy and airbornedata bus communications. After researching the existing dual-CPU redundancytechnology and synchronize technology, an improved dual-CPU redundancy way, apre-emptive CPU synchronous algorithm and a fault detection algorithm basedanalytical redundancy were proposed,the synchronous precision is improved to1.5microsecond.The implementation of hardware and software of data acquisitionmodule, CPU synchronization module, fault detection module, data processing moduleand redundancy switching model were discussed in this paper based on modularizeddesign ideas. Sampling precision is improved by0.1percents by using mean squareerror algorithm. Finally, the whole system function test was completed in laboratory.
