In this paper, the existing multiple separate refrigeration unit cooling capacity, the low level of intelligent control, difficult to manage, pumps can not control the speed or the low level of energy consumption, this can not meet the production requirements of the situation, so, the paper designs and develops more than one refrigeration unit control system applicable to the factory cooling system, selection of realities, has important practical applications.In this paper, multiple refrigeration units for the study of multiple chiller control system design and mathematical optimization model for a key research. For multiple refrigeration unit control system requirements, combined with Siemens MPI network communication technology, this paper will be multiple refrigeration unit control system is divided into the second floor:downstairs supervision and management, site monitoring layer to achieve the roof. Combination of PLC technology depicts the multiple chiller control system block diagram of hardware and software realization, the overall structure of the system is given the key to program implementation plan and, in practical engineering applications, the system control task well done, to obtain good control effect.In the multiple refrigeration units based on the principle of dynamic adjustment model, through the use of genetic ant colony algorithm and conventional gradient scheduling a software programming model simulation results show that the method can better meet the needs of actual production.
