Taking the Mongolian translated literature publications which are published from 1947 to 1997 as the object of the study, this paper will carry on the macroscopic research from the angle of Publishing and try to explore its impact on Mongolian culture. The paper has five parts, including introduction and conclusion.In the introduction part, it included the situation of the study; significance of the topic; aim of the research and research methods. In the chapter one, mainly expounded the general situation of the Mongolian literature publications since 1949; and the internal and external causes of its rise. In the second chapter, I chose two typical translation works of literature, Dream of the Red Chamber and The Story by the Water Margin in the important translation literature publications part; and give the detail analyses of the translation publishing and its state of spread in the Mongolian area. Chapter three is cultural impact of the Mongolian translated literature publications. In this part, the paper illustrated the impact of the Mongolian translated literature to the rich the language of ethnic group, to perfect the literary genre and to the writers and works from the aspects of translation and culture, publications and culture. The last part is the conclusion. In this part, it summarized the whole paper and presented the main idea.From the historical development of the selection, the nature of the Mongolian history of translation is Mongolian people understand the art of the other ethnic culture and absorb it. Working as an important carrier to exchange the culture of different ethnic group, the literary translation publications and its research is very important. According to statistics, from 1949 to 1997, the Mongolian literary publications are more than thousand kinds. And it has the significance meaning to go over the Mongolian publications from the angle of Publishing, lranslatology and medium in terms of intercultural communication studies.
