Based On Of Bibliometric The Library Chain Management Study

Reviewing comprehensively the history of library, library management passed through three stages. Traditional management stage is before the late nineteenth century, scientific management stage means modern library management in order to meet the social needs of mass production, modern management stage refers to the establishment of new management ideas, management theory, management functions, management technology of library management. At present, some of our domestic libraries begin to implement modern management theory and methods, but in terms of its width and depth, can only say that is the transition period in scientific management and modern management. Therefore, at this stage of the library management both traced traditional library management, but also incorporated elements of modern management. In today's period of rapid development of science and technology, how to administer library, how for management of the library, how to make a variety of tangible and intangible resources in library to play the greatest role and to provide the most efficient service in social development, how fully to embody of library social values, which are focus topics in library management researchers study today.Since the 90s of the 20th century, a variety of new business administration theories have impacted the current library research orientation, many forefront theories of modern management have been transplanted into library science, particularly in library management. Chain Manage as a kind of late-model supervisor mode, already have become one kind of relatively mature supervisor mode in the business community. Chain Management is a process management pattern which in order to create value better and to implement the organization strategic goals makes up of several resource management chains in the light of classification of positions and departments according to its function from organization value, and consists of the resource management operation chain of forward and backward by business relationships, and carries out resource management chains, in conformity with internal marketization principle, for introduction, configuration and development of resources. Application of chain management in library management becomes a new kind of library management model.Under such a background, by using the method of literature, the author used the method of the document measures to study on management of libraries of the supply chain, the value chain, the knowledge chain, the information chain, and the service chain etc., probing into the pros and cons for these chains in library management from a number of angles, and aiming to set up a theoretical model of chain management model in library based on summarizing, integrating, coming up. This paper mainly includes six aspects as follows: The first part introduces the background and significance of selecting the topic, and the general situation of the chain management model in domestic libraries.The second part briefly introduces the principles and methods of the bibliometric analysis.The third part uses the method of the document measures to analyses the literature of the library chain management from literature growth, the aging literature, literature references, the distribution of authors and journals, research papers and other aspects of the situation and research levels.The forth part analyses two aspects from the characteristics of library chain management and the necessity of the construction model for the library chain management.The fifth part integrates the characteristics of library chain management on the basis of document induction and analysis, probes into the mode of building the library chain management, such as subordination chain model, peer-to-peer chain model, evaluation links chain model.The sixth part researches the development of library chain management strategy from the organization mechanism, system guarantee, alliance form, quality fostering and platform construction.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect of development trend of the topic.
