With Fairclough's discourse analysis method as the theory frame, the dissertation analyses the program of news probe from text to the practice. In the text analysis, the author divided the text into language text and image text, and parsed them one by one. The author parsed the three links of discourse practice—produce, distribute and consume in the discourse analysis. In the social practice, the author searched for the interaction between journalistic discourse and social practice.The author concluded from the analysis that discourse text is a persuasive text, whose authenticity, objectivity, the point of view and ideology can be agreed by the audience. The journalistic discourse is one kind of social resources that fulfills the need of the public through some method, therefore, all kinds of power never give up their occupation of it, which is apparent in the news probe. In face of the power and regulation, the journalistic discourse is proud sometimes and compromise sometimes. Meanwhile, the paper use the constructive discourse to analyze that how the journalistic discourse effect the power. The author cannot deny that the interaction between the discourse and power is power itself.
