Research And Implementation Of BPM Domain Component Credible Assessment System

Nowadays, many BPM (Business Process Management) software companies develop software by reusing components, which has shorten the development cycle, saved the development costs, and thus promoted the market competitiveness. However, with the increasing user needs, BPM software systems become more complex and difficult to control, which leads to frequent accidents and thus unprecedented trust crisis. Therefore, how to develop and select the highly trustworthy components to develop BPM software systems has become urgent for BPM software companies. To solve them, the trust evaluation of components in BPM is the premise and one of the effective methods. Therefore, the research of BPM domain component's trust evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance.As part of the "863" national key project by the laboratory, this paper analyzed and referred to the relevant theoretical researches, their results and technologies, proposed a complete BPM domain component trust evaluation system, and promoted its realization which has been achieved. Major work is reflected in the following areas of this paper:1. Analyzing and summarizing the research status quo on theories and methods relevant to BPM domain component trust evaluation abroad and at home, and some current problems.2. Studying index system of the BPM domains component's trustworthiness, giving the trustworthiness definition of BPM domain component, proposing the reference model of BPM domain component's trustworthiness, defining and measuring the trustworthiness indexes. And then, studying the BPM domain component's theory of credible proof, proposing the reference model of the credible proof of BPM domain component, giving the acquisition of credible proof and the relationship between the credible proof and the trustworthiness index.3. Studying the trust grading theory of BPM domain component, giving the trust grading definitions and grading model of BPM domain component. And then, studying the trust evaluation process of BPM domain component, proposing the evaluation process model and evaluation algorithm model of BPM domain component.4. Based on the relevant theoretical researches, designing and implementing the trust evaluation system of BPM domain component, which uses the java, struts2, spring, hibernate technologies.
