It is more constructive to discuss how to creatively realize trust management in e-commerce transaction than to debate on whether or not trust management is meaningful for enterprise e-commerce tra nsactions.The implementation of trust management is affected by va rious factors. Thus,it is useful to evaluate and control the process of realization of trust management and its impact factors,combining s ubjective trust theory and trust relation theory for the improvement of the success rate of e-commerce transactions.This paper presents t he auxiliary management system which is called Trust Management Model Based on the Entire Process of Coal B2B Transactions.The s ystem is corresponding with the entire process of e-commerce trans actions and trust factors,founded theoretically on trust management as the main theoretical support,and implemented mainly by means of trust evaluation.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)It ana lyzes the whole process of coal B2B transaction realizing trust man agement, sums up the impact of its trust factors,and through research proves the effectiveness of these factors,eventually formsa subjective trust evaluation table;(2)It introduces subjective trust evaluation t able based on risk e-commerce PKI trust management,and presents t rust assessment methods and "Trust Management Modelbased On the Entire Process Of Coal B2B Transactions" in conjunction with the entire process of coal B2B transactions.At last,it verifies the trustmanagement model's positive impact on avoiding the lack of trans actions trust from the actual test cases of the Qinhuangdao Port Au thority.As a major field of basic research,the coal industry is integrated into the above model which can actively support and promote t rust management implementation when integrating trust managementinto the whole process of B2B transactions.In the future research,this model can be extended to other industry and other transactions.
