The in-depth development of Internet technologies has continuously promoted the diversification of network services and triggered the transformation of traditional telecom services.Especially with the popularization of 4G and the emergence of 5G technologies,the conversational services in the communication field has a transition trend of full IP.IP technology has gradually entered the field of telecommunications,and the way of network information interactions is an important change in the field of telecommunications.Traditional telecommunication interaction mode is easy to establish a clear,closed and stable trust relationship based on the fixed circuit lines.However,in the new interaction mode,the communication sessions are established based on the open network environment,breaking the foundation of traditional telecommunication lines,and the trust relationship established among communication users is broken.The trustworthiness issue for conversational scenarios is becoming more and more prominent.At present,there are still some technical gaps in the research on the trustworthiness evaluation and management of conversational services,which poses new challenges to the development of network communication technologies.The research on trustworthiness evaluation and management technologies of conversational service focuses on four aspects:1)trust evaluation for conversational service scenarios;2)high-intensity identity authentication for communication users;3)integrity protection of service media;4)Non-repudiation of communication.Among them,trust measurement and evaluation methods at the level of trustworthiness provide technical supports for quantifiable description and expression of trust,and are the basis for other research.The trustworthiness management level includes three aspects:the construction,maintenance and traceability of trustworthiness.As for the construction of trustworthiness,high-intensity identity authentication is the embodiment of trustworthiness in the establishment of communication,the necessary prerequisite for the construction of trust relationship among communication users,and the necessary condition for the development of diversified and personalized services.As for the maintenance of trustworthiness,the integrity protection oriented to communication business media,especially the transparent integration with the session media,which is the embodiment of trustworthiness in the communication process and the essential key to maintain the trust relationship of communication users.As for the traceability of trustworthiness,after the the end of communication,the non-repudiation focuses on supporting provable communication facts and traceability of users,which is the followup guarantee of trustworthiness in the end of the communication session and an important manifestation of trust traceability.These four levels,which correspond to the evaluation,construction,maintenance and traceability of trustworthiness,are complementary evaluation and management methods.Based on the technical requirements of these four levels,this dissertation focuses on the trustworthiness evaluation and management technologies for conversational service.(1)Aiming at the trust evaluation problem of conversational service,this dissertation proposes a trust evaluation method based on fuzzy inference,which combines the characteristics of conversational service scenario and the existing technologies.The application of fuzzy theory adapts the characteristics of randomness and ambiguity of trust,which is the preferred method to describe the trustworthiness issue.Focuses on the selection and definition of trust evaluation indexes,the representational evaluation method of trust,and the mathematical description method of quantifiable trustworthiness.The proposed method can achieve comparative evaluation based on trust and guide the selection and decision-making of conversational service in an open network environment.(2)Aiming at the high-intensity identity authentication of communication users,this dissertation proposes a fingerprint template scheme based on Delaunay triangulation net,which combines the biometric authentication method with the highest authentication intensity.Focuses on solving the transformation of fingerprint feature information by Delaunay triangulation net,and the method of stepwise degradation of Delaunay triangulation net based on the characteristics of conversational service.Especially,the proposed Delaunay tentacle structure can effectively sense and resist fingerprint elastic distortion and improve matching accuracy.The proposed Delaunay kernel and central structure are used to construct alignment-free fingerprint templates,which greatly reduces fingerprint template generation and matching complexity.(3)Aiming at the integrity protection of service media,this dissertation considers the necessity of audio signal participation in communication sessions,and proposes an audio media integrity protection method based on digital watermarking,which focuses on solving the real-time integrity protection of audio signals.Combined with the information hiding technology,the integrity object is embedded into the audio signal in the form of a digital watermarking,and the integrity of audio signal is extracted and expressed visually.A method based on the phase invariance of audio spectrum is proposed to determine the embedding position of digital watermarking.By virtue of the phase invariance of audio frequency spectrum,the embedding position of digital watermarking in the transform domain can be determined randomly.(4)Aiming at the non-repudiation issue of communication,this dissertation combines the latest blockchain technology and proposes a non-repudiation mechanism based on it.Focuses on the analysis of non-repudiation requirements,the integration of non-repudiation and blockchain technology,the design of non-repudiation system and business process,as well as the proof of communication facts and traceability of communication users.Non-repudiation,as a follow-up guarantee of trustworthiness at the end of communication,is rarely involved in the study of trustworthiness.The introduction and application of this technology can improve the trustworthiness guarantee and solve problems of the traceability of facts and users in communication sessions.Through the simulation experiment and evaluation analysis,the trustworthiness evaluation and management technologies for conversational service proposed in this dissertation is verified and evaluated,and compared with other related methods.The results show that the proposed trust evaluation method based on fuzzy inference,the fingerprint template based on Delaunay triangulation net,the integrity protection method for audio media and the non-repudiation mechanism based on blockchain can effectively support the evaluation,construction,maintenance and traceability of the trustworthiness of conversational service,which provide a complete technical theoretical framework for the trustworthiness evaluation and management in this scenario.Target technology achievements can provide trust level security for a wide range of communication services,and have important application prospects in promoting the development of Internet communication industry and business innovation.
