Based On Web Services, Hospital Research Management System To Build

In recent years, with the gradual maturity of China's healthcare industry, ever-increasing quantity and complexity of research projects, the amount of hospital research data showed exponential growth. Like most other domestic hospitals or healthcare research institutes, Liyang Hospital lack effective management in research management. Most essential data are still stored as single documents in different computers, which leads to ineffective data sharing, consequently resulting in waste of time and money in repeatable statistic of the same data. Thus, how to use appropriate and effective ways to manage such kind of research projects, extract and analyze necessary data according to requirements, and apply the above two to different research projects have become most essential and urgent issues to be addressed in Liyang Hospital.First, current situation and problems of research management of Liyang Hospital are analyzed and the necessity of Hospital Research Management System based on Web Services is affirmed. On this basis, the main functions and business processes of the system are summarized. Then, the system architecture, the main subsystems (including project management subsystem, data management subsystem and system management subsystem) are discussed. The highlight is using Web Services to integrate data management subsystem and system management subsystem. Finally, the overall implementation effect of Healthcare Research Management System is summarized.
