Pumping well cold transport technology is commonly used in modern oil as an energy-saving technology without heating. The experiment showed that the oil can be transported at the room temperature when the return oil temperature exceeds 35℃. The monitoring of working conditions of the pump unit is also very important. However, the traditional manual inspection is difficult to meet production needs because of the poor working conditions, the widely distributed. With the development of modern communication technology, in the paper the wireless telemetry system of pumping well cold transport temperature is designed based on GSM, which can monitor the working conditions of the pumping unit and the return oil temperature real-timely.The system combines advanced and mature computer technology, communication technology, data acquisition technology and sensor technology on the whole. This system uses sensors to detect temperatures of output oil, return oil in pumping wells and various points in pipelines and power parameters of pumping units. The three-phase current, voltage of production equipment and oil temperature and other information can be obtained through intelligent data acquisition boards. At last these parameters can be delivered to the monitoring center through the public GSM network. This achieves complete control of the oil recovery process. This system is mainly detected by the sensor circuit, smart acquisition board module, GSM wireless modem module and PC software. The entire system has advantages of advanced technology, reasonable structure, strongly expansion.
