With the rapid development and popularization of internet technology, multimedia technology is widely used in VOD, video conference and video monitoring system, yet secure transmission of multimedia is coming. This thesis brings independent development network safety product-network encryption card to video encryption transmission and researches real-time, reliability and safety when transmitting video.This thesis mainly researches the software part of the whole video encryption transmission system. First, we study and analyze the software demand of this system from global framework in this project, and discuss video encryption compression algorithm, TCP/IP network protocol, development environment of software and hardware and introduction of hardware card. The PCI device driver in network encryption card completes chip driving, and completes the analytic of packets. The second development of image acquisition card completes the coding compression of video date, and streaming media transmission protocol in application layer is developed which realizes real-time transmission about video data. Decode display in coding compression of video date is completed which realizes real-time display and extracts the history data of video files. Last, test of the whole soft system is completed.Video encryption transmission software combining C which posses efficient ability in bottom development and C++ which posses object-oriented merit is developed in WDM device bottom driving, middle network protocol layer and user application layer. The driver in bottom devices combining DDK uses DriverStudio technology which posses high speed network transmission PCI device driver. Multiple access device driver API interface function in Network protocol stack dynamic link library is developed, which makes application easy to access network. Upper layer application combining image acquisition card of HKSW develops client soft and server soft, and network player which is easy to retrieval and playback for video data.
