Due to the continuous development of network technology and multimedia application technology,the transmission of video information has become commonplace.The accompanying video data leaks have become a serious problem.For different application scenarios,researchers presented different data protection schemes.In all protection schemes,there is a problem that encryption security and time efficiency cannot be balanced.Based on this problem,this paper propose two solutions.Firstly,a hybrid encryption technology based on ECC(Elliptic curve cryptography)and AES(Advanced Encryption Standard)is proposed,in this paper.The hybrid encryption scheme utilizes the high efficiency of the AES encryption algorithm and the high security of the ECC encryption algorithm to protect the video data information.The scheme is divided into two steps.In the first step,any character of any length is inserted into the video stream for scrambling using the private key of the elliptic curve encryption algorithm and the ASCII code of the character.In the second step,the scrambled code stream is encrypted using an asymmetric encryption algorithm AES.The experimental results and experimental analysis prove that the hybrid encryption scheme has good security.It is also more time efficient than other video encryption schemes.Secondly,a selective video encryption scheme is proposed based on video coding characteristics.The scheme utilizes the fragmentation characteristics of H.264 video coding,and selects the CFB(Cipher feedback)mode of the AES encryption algorithm and the pseudo-random sequence generated by the pseudo-random sequence generator as a key to encrypt the important semantic elements in each slice.From the analysis of perceived security analysis,evaluation comparison and security analysis,it is proved that this paper proposed selective video encryption can protect video privacy information well,and it has better security than other video encryption schemes.Through the analysis,it is find that although the hybrid encryption scheme based on ECC and AES has a good balance between encryption security and time efficiency,there are some problems such as bit increase and only suitable for video with less encrypted data.Therefore,in view of the above problems of hybrid encryption technology,this paper propose a selective video encryption scheme combined with video coding.Experiments show that the proposed selective video encryption scheme not only provides good security,but also solves the problems of hybrid encryption technology such as increasing bit,only suitable for video encryption with less data.
