The development of internet make the share and application of information more and more widely, but there maybe immensurable lost caused by illegal wiretapping,intercept,tamper or destroy while information transfer on the commonality network. Network encryption techniques became the major instrument of protecting information security from wiretapping. Based on the security consider of transfer information, we design the network encryption card which have some meaning on the security and protection of the network information.The design mainly accomplishes the interface program part of the network encryption card. The dissertation first analyses the structure of the PCI drivers, intuitionist depiction the process of compile and debug of the drivers using the modes of graphics and codes after realizing the hardware structure and operation system kernel. The dissertation next depiction the application program interface part. We use the TCP/IP protocol while encapsulation the transfer data and use the user stage protocol we own designed to finish the transfer of document and information. The efficiency of perform code will be high and with few mistakes especially on the protocol of transfer document. The task of disposal the initial key and transfer or subarea information designed in the drivers, lighten the hardware burden and reduce the mistakes. Last the dissertation compile a function of ARP buffer and auto restore, indeed make the function of encryption card similar to those common network cards.The design of man-machine interactive interface using Microsoft MFC technology indeed considered for users because of the design of friendly interface and easy operation. The last data traffic experiment indicates that the designed drivers and application can normally communicate, and exert the fast and high security function of hardware encryption.
