With the wide applications of linear frequency modulation continuous wave (LFMCW) radar, the ability of target tracking in complex background becomes more and more important. In this thesis, the LFMCW radar data processing module and control module are designed based on embedded system, and the cohesion and route algorithm is implemented not only in the platform of MFC but also in the hard ware of data processing module. The content includes the following aspects:(1) The design of radar data processing board of LFMCW radar based ARM9 is accomplished. As S3C2410X be the core chip, frequency and power control module, the memory module, digital compass GPS, signal processing and wireless interface circuit are designed. Circuit scheme designed and printed circuit board (PCB) design are finished.(2) The manufacture and debugging of the radar data processing board is accomplished. The joint debugging of LFMCW radar with data processing board is finished, the connecting between signal processing module, RF module and the wireless module is tested.(3) The modeling of cohesion and route of radar is finished. The design of software of data processing and display unit in PC is accomplished. The friend PPI interface which shows radar track is made. The cohesion algorithm and route processing method are implemented in MFC and data processing hardware and the correctness is proved according to the test data.
