Remote Online Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System has many advantages, such as timely response, comprehensive function, and good quality on diagnosis. It is used extensively to diagnose key equipments such as large rotating machinery. However, it is hard to apply extensively to dispersive rotors' groups in petroleum, chemical plant and electric power industries. Because of the higher cost and the complicated installation and maintenance, we usually use patrol system to complement the monitoring and diagnosis of the middle-minitype rotors.This thesis tries to combine the traditional patrol system with the remote fault diagnosis system based on the internet, and to build the remote patrol system based on Strut Framework of the Browser/Server mode. Using Java programming, net database, analysis, and diagnosis of the remote signal, this system also constructs the remote fault diagnosis system based on inspect tour. By dint of distributed monitoring, collect analysis, and management this system realizes the share of diagnosis and information resource, and also improves the level of maintenance diagnosis for the middle-minitype rotors.The main contents of the thesis is as follows:1. The construction of administration of networks systems for the remote fault diagnosis center. To build the remote fault diagnosis system based on Struts Framework of Browser/Server mode in order to enhance the readability and maintainability of network programs.2. The design of patrol database based on network. On the basis of choosing MySQL database system and the analyse of patrol data, various data table and management function were well designed. It was fulfilled perfectly for the real requirement of patrol system such as large numbers of data, various types and high speed in calculation.3. Analysis of the signal based on the information fusion. JSP+JavaBean and Java 2D dynamic chart programming technology was used to complement the various charts of the analysis of the system. Full spectrum, Holospectrum, and Vector Spectrum were analyzed and complemented in details.4. Correlative net carrying out technology in this sysytem.Consisting of a large number of plants, patrol devices, the system is an intelligent one which has many functions such as collecting, monitoring, diagnosis, and analysis. So it promotes utilized rate of information and resource and avoids the accident and the economic loss caused by man as good as possible. The contribution to scientific foundation of advanced maintaining promotes the whole management of the middle-minitype rotors.
