The development of modern industry equipments towards hypervelocity, ultraprecision manufacture,networking,cluster-oriented , remote fault diagnosis technology which is based on Internet technology is becoming the direction of mainstream of the development of machinery fault diagnosis technology.Combined equipment fault diagnosis technology with computer network technology,and setted up an open platform for remote fault diagnosis system that based on www by internet-web is not only feasible but also transcend time and space superiority.According to the present structure of fault diagnosis system for its relatively closed system problem, in this paper,it comprehensive utilizes the rotator machinery typical failure symptom and fault diagnosis method,database technology,data transmission technology, MATLAB Web Server technology. Based on B/S model of the remote diagnostic center of the design and realization of the problem is studied. Based on the Internet in the rotating mechanical rotor system of remote fault diagnosis, keeping the traditional diagnostic function, infusing the information-based knowledge diagnostic methods, and though the remote operation of the rotor experiment table, achieved remote diagnosis and failure analysis function.The main contents and conclusion of the study are listed as follows:1) Designed a set structural framework of a rotating machinery rotor system remote diagnostic center, it has many features that system development and maintenance simplely, features easy to expand and trapidly and conveniently to use. Based on the discussing its hardware platform, software platform, the principle of the system, it established a system flow chart.2) Analyzed the mechanism of cause failure from the dynamic perspective of the rotor components, and study on the common problems of rotor components of rotating machinery. Analyzed fault characteristics to collected time-domain signal using the method of axis orbit, time domain, frequency domain analysis, sum up, finally, examples are given to verify.3) Aim at the problems of inaccurate fault recognition using traditional fault diagnosis method ,study on the multi-source information fusion theory,using the method of discriminant analysis of integration and the smallest from the integration of diagnostic classification,and comparative analysis of the results with of the integration. Found that the effect of two types of integration has not been satisfactory, and improved the Minimum distance classification fusion algorithm, So that the effect is even better integration.4) Aimed at the problem of set up remote fault diagnosis system server,First it planning analysised the function of the system,secand it studed on the choice of web server, Internet access system, design and production of web pages, network security mechanisms,and so on. Through the building and debugging remote diagnosis center, the results show that it makes remote diagnosis and failure analysis to the rotor rotating machinery by users Login the Web site at different places.It is shown that there are many problems for further research remote fault diagnosis theory and technical, because of integrate intelligent fault diagnosis technology, it may enhance the accuracy of diagnosis, Diagnosis of network optimization can improve the diagnostic rate and the use of 3G technology to achieve high-speed wireless diagnosis, they are new problems of study on the remote fault diagn.
