Iron And Steel Enterprises Purchasing Decisions To Optimize The System Modeling And Implementation

Optimization the process of iron and steel enterprise by means of information technology and standardizing their purchasing is a necessary and urgent matter. This paper aims at establishing the business model, identifying key issues and solving them, also re-designing the process flow, with the describing of organization, functional relationships and business logic, in order to help those enterprises make the most correct decisions in the shortest possible time for the implementation of low-cost strategy.First, the paper briefly discusses the significance of the selection of iron and steel purchasing decision system modeling, as well as the particularity;Second, it gives the literature review from the methodology for enterprise modeling theory, mode and tools, sorting out the research status;Then, this paper chooses the GRAI net as the process modeling method, after the studying of several popular modeling methods and tools from their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application; discusses the advantages of MDA modeling, then selects Justep X3 which based on this methodology of modeling;Third, after a detailed analysis of system requirements, with the choice of the MDA mode the tools X3, this paper finishes the process optimization, modeling of a Iron and Steel Group's purchasing decision-making system, and describes the implementation process of the system in details; then comment on the advantages and disadvantages of this modeling tool appropriately, sums up the experience and lessons learned from the implementation process;Finally, the author points out the innovation of this paper, and raises the outlook of the designing of this kind of system and the modeling of it, as well as the future research priorities according to the example used in this paper.
