In this dissertation, a research has been made on the multibeam klystrom transmitter which was researched and produced for XX-XX airborne radar system.The radar system was the main subsystem of CAISR.It has advantages of far inspect distance and the detection of low-flying target. As a key part of radar system, the transmitter had a characteristics of wide band,high power density,high assemble density,high potential gradient and high heat density, which caused big design difficulties.Based on the characteristics of multibeam klystrom transmitter and combined with the technical requirements,the ransmitter structure design were studied in detail.1.According to technical requirements and the working principle of the transmitter,the overall design scheme was determined.2.The structure design was studied in detail.The emphasis was on how to solve the problem of high voltage insulation and high assemble density.3.Combined with the thermal design principles, the thermal design was studied in detail.A high-efficiency Fin and tube exchanger was designed,which solved the problem of high heat density.4.The ecology was discussed from three proof, vibration control and electromagnetic compatibility.All the structure designs and stress analysis in this thesis were performed with AutoCAD,Pro/E and Ansys. This project was fulfilled, and the system operates normally, which means the rationality and reliability of the design has been proven.
