With people's growing demands for satellite communications, satellite communications develop rapidly. Self-stabilization and tracking system, which is a core of satellite communication systems on the moving carriers, has become a hot spot of technical researches and applications.This paper is based on the 3-axis self-stabilization and tracking platform. Firstly, according to the design requirements, the total design of the stabilization and tracking antenna system is improved. According to the total design, the hardware of the control system is designed and implemented based on DSP TMS320F2812.The detail circuit designs and implementations of the power module, the control module, the signal processing module, the communication module, the stepping motor driver module and the BLDCM driver module are presented. After the analysis of the tasks and the real-time demands of the system software, the operating systemμC/OS-II is ported. And the design of the system software and the preliminary division of the system tasks are studied.Finally, the modules of the controller are tested and verified. The test results show the feasibility of the designed controller.
