As an important application area of inertial technology, Optical-Electronic Stabilization/Tracking platform has been widely used in the military and civilian applications for it’scapability isolating the loaders from the interferences with the movement of the carriers. Inview of the basic national conditions of technology blockade coming from foreign and latestart, relatively backward technology in our country, It is necessary and meaningful to carryout the research on key technologies of the Optical-Electronic Stabilization/Trackingplatform.The dissertation presents a two-axis stable platform based on MEMS gyro Aiming atlow precision stabilization technology applications. The requirements, scheme and detaildesign information are also illustrated in the paper.The miniaturization of the platform hasbeen achieved by using MEMS gyro to sense angular velocity signal of the framework, thesignal is processed by digital servo control system under incremental PID controlalgorithm. The point focuses on MEMS Gyroscope Drift error analysis, modelingidentification and filtering compensation.The paper firstly introduces the applications and the status of research at home andabroad of the Optical-Electronic Stabilization platform, secondly structural design andsimulation is finished using CATIA software, then servo system control strategy, PID controlalgorithm principle and influencing factors of the platform, such as mechanical structure,disturbance torque and gyro signal errors, are illustrated; Further, based on the methods ofMEMS gyroscope random errors analysis and modeling identification which are presented indetail, the corresponding ARMA model is built and the composition of MEMS gyroscoperandom errors are illustrated with the Allan variance.
